Born in Ji’an，Jiangxi province，Luo is the professor at the College of Art in Art Institute of Jingdezhen，graduate supervisor of Jingdezhen Institute of Ceramics，senior member of China Arts and Crafts Society，member of Ancient Chinese Ceramics Association，vice president of the Association of the History of Jingdezhen Ceramics，senior consultant of Baidagao Ceramic Arts Group of Singapore. His high-temperature glaze color series is of great artistic value，and the works have won several top prizes in national and international ceramic exhibitions and competitions.
